ניהול מחזור חיי הפרויקט: תכנון, ניהול, ובקרה של הפרויקט מתחילתו ועד סופו. אחריות מקצה לקצה על הטמעה וניהול מוצרים במערכות הסחר של החברה היכרות עם מתודולוגיות ניהול פרויקטים תכנון ויישום אסטרטגיות מוצרים שיווקיות להגדלת המכירות באתרי סחר ובכלל. מעקב שוטף אחר הביצועים והתחזיות. הובלת פיתוחים טכנולוגיים לשיפור חוויית הלקוח. עבודה צמודה עם צוותי המכירות להבטחת השגת היעדים העסקיים. הובלה והנעת צוותים מטריציוניים: מפתחים, אנשי חומרה, QA ומנהלי מוצר . תקשורת מצוינת בכתב ובעל פה, יכולת הצגה והעברת מידע ברורה.
דרישות:
ניסיון בהובלת פרויקטים טכנולוגיים. תואר ראשון בתחום הנדסה/ מנהל עסקים (שיווק/ כלכלה/ מערכות מידע). כישורים טכניים: הבנה במערכות תוכנה, מערכות סחר היכרות עם עקרונות UX/UI ותהליכי עבודה של מעצבים- חובה. היכרות עם ארכיטקטורות מערכת ושרשרת אספקה. יכולות הובלה והנעת צוותים מטריציוניים בארגון . יחסי אנוש מצוינים. יכולת עבודה עצמאית בסביבה דינמית, תוך תעדוף משימות מורכבות. אנגלית ברמה גבוהה- חובה.

We’re expanding our product team and looking for a UX/UI designer who is both hands-on and product-driven, capable of shaping and building a modern, intuitive user experience across the entire platform.
The Role
We’re looking for a Product Designer to lead our product strategy, execution, and team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll oversee all aspects of product design and development and driving innovation across our platform.
We’re seeking a product leader with experience in marketplaces or B2B SaaS, strong user-centered design instincts, and a proven ability to scale high-performing teams and products.

Requirements 5-8+ years of UX/UI experience in SaaS or marketplace products
Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX work and developed UI components.
Experience with front-end UI development (React preferred).
Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction patterns, information architecture, and usability.
Strong background in SaaS or marketplace products with measurable success
Proven experience driving product strategy and executing on high-impact roadmaps
Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to growth, funnels, and performance
Strong communicator and team builder with cross-functional leadership experience
Experience leading remote or distributed teams a plus
Bonus- Experience in luxury, e-commerce, fintech, or B2B2C platforms
Familiarity with the diamond or jewelry industry

דרישות:
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for enterprise-level platforms.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating intuitive and user-friendly product
designs. Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and understanding of
design systems. Ability to work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of
designs. Excellent communication skills to gather requirements and feedback from
stakeholders, with English proficiency at a native speaker level. Advantages: Usage of Figma with modular UI components
Experience with user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into
design improvements. Knowledge of web and mobile app development frameworks.
Experience in designing for healthcare or related fields.
