Meta fluency is non-negotiable; TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Taboola experience is a strong plus
You pull your own data - Excel/Sheets, BI tools, SQL or MCP-based querying - and you work from numbers, not gut
You think in incrementality, not just attribution - you know the difference between real lift and reported noise
You already use AI as part of how you work, not as an occasional tool - for structuring tests, briefing creative, synthesizing reports, and even building lightweight automations.
