תיאור תפקיד:
A fast-growing defense-technology drone company is looking for an experienced International Sales & Marketing Manager to lead global business development, sales channels, and marketing activities.
• Drive international sales opportunities and expand the global customer base
• Manage CRM, customer communication, and long-term relationships
• Build partnerships with agents/distributors and work with SIBAT, Export Institute & government entities
• Lead company participation in global exhibitions and follow up on leads/opportunities
• Run the full sales cycle: opportunity, proposals, pricing, negotiation & closing
• Manage digital marketing (social media, website, newsletters)
• Develop marketing materials: presentations, brochures, videos
• Coordinate export-control requests with DECA
• Work closely with R&D/engineering to adapt solutions to customer needs
דרישות:
Minimum of 3-years' experience as an HLS or Drone markets
Sales & account management in the HLS security and military domains.
A proven track record working in a global matrix organizational structure
- in addition to DoD, DIU and/or other branches
Knowledge with the HLS or aviation solutions, mainly based on drones.
Serving as a member of the company's senior management team
Leading negotiations on behalf of the company with customers and subcontractors, in collaboration with the sales team.
Participation in field tests with customers, investors and regulatory bodies, including documentation of results.
Managing contacts with federal and state regulatory bodies as required, while involving the company's headquarters for support and verification if needed.
Establishing pilots with customers, after defining clear goals and expectations with the customer.
Flexibility to travel as needed and communicate across time zones to confirm commercial decisions and ensure that solutions are provided to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Implementing business strategies and plans to win new business with existing customers.
Acting as the company's ambassador and manage the expansion process
