A hands-on Inventory & Purchasing Manager
purchasing and materials management
Lead all procurement processes for the company including materials/components, tools, services, and internal organizational purchasing.
Execute purchasing for subcontractors including RFQs,
quotation comparison, and commercial negotiations.
Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers based on quality, reliability, cost, and delivery performance.
Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and resolve delivery or quality issues.
Conduct negotiations to achieve best pricing, lead times, payment terms, and supply conditions.
Issue purchase orders in the ERP system and ensure timely order closure and status updates.

5+ years of experience in procurement / purchasing (and/or operations / supply chain).
Hands-on experience with an ERP system.
Experience working with Finance (expense control, budget tracking, and purchase requisitions/requests).
Experience working with suppliers and managing multiple parallel orders/tasלא זks.
Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
A proactive, accountable, “get-things-done” attitude and strong follow-through.
Advantage :
Experience with electronics/hardware supply chain, components, or contract manufacturers (CMs).
Familiarity with international shipping, customs, and import/export documentation.
Experience with NetSuite/Priority/SAP (or similar ERP).
Experience defining processes and KPIs for procurement and materials flow (e.g., vendor OTD, lead time, cost tracking).
